I booked my mothers medical insurance thru Ramandeep.
and i would like to say he provides Excellent Service. Very professional. Ans all your queries relentlessly. After completing insurance process for my mom, he followed thru by calling a day before start date of insurance to ensure if i received everything as a professional courtesy.

He answers all queries patiently and always put customer interest first.

On Asking about extended Service, he suggested easy do it yourself approach rather than preying for additional charges. ( very rare).
forget about asking for a 5 star rating ,He never even asked for review of his service.

I used their services for my parents when they were on visitor visa. I paid him the amount he asked for. Then I called him endlessly to get any proof that he actually processed or not my parent's application. Never got any real document only sent me a screenshot.
